Enroll
The Process
-
The family begins the admission process by reaching out to the ICA office to express interest in enrollment by filling out the Contact Admissions form below. Once we receive this inquiry we will send you an information package highlighting our Constitution and our Christian values. Also if you are interested in a tour and learning more about our programming, we would be pleased to schedule a tour and meeting with the principal.
-
Schedule a school tour which includes an initial interview with the Principal.
We want to get to know you and why you are interested in sending your child(ren) to ICA. We also want you to get a sense of who we are. The best way to do this is to have an in-person tour. We offer tours in late August – mid June. This meeting allows the family to learn more about the school’s mission, expectations, and academic program.
-
The family and student will participate in a formal interview with:
● The Principal
● A School Board Member
This interview helps determine if the school is a good fit for the student and family. We will also want to ensure we can meet your child’s educational, social, and emotional needs. In order to do this we sometimes require a student to have a student interview including a brief academic screening. If there are any questions or concerns, we will work with parents to find the best path forward.
-
Following the interview:
● The Principal and Board Member will make a recommendation to the School Board.
● The Board will vote to either accept or decline the application.
-
If accepted:
● The family completes and submits all required admission application forms.
● A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 is paid.
-
A formal Letter of Confirmation will be sent to the family.
This letter serves as official notice of acceptance and outlines the legal contract into which the parties will enter.
-
Admission will be finalized once:
● All required admission paperwork has been completed and received
● Any probationary conditions (if applicable) have been removed
● Payment arrangements for the upcoming school year have been made
-
Once all requirements are satisfied, the student is officially enrolled, and the admission process is complete.
